Our employee-to-supervisor ratio averages 9:1. • Our team of experienced managers provides leadership and training for supervisors and the cleaning staff. • Our dedicated and experienced staff completes about 15 ½ hours of product knowledge and    safety training annually. • Our Customer Service representative works with you to determine your needs and follows up to make sure    they are being met. • Our 24 hour emergency phone number allows you to call for service when unexpected emergencies arise. • We use environmentally friendly cleaning products and state of the art equipment. • We offer fair and competitive pricing.

If you have a question or concern, we’re here Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. You’ll always get a person, not a machine. Our operations managers are in the field daily from 8 am until midnight assuring that the job is completed to the highest standards. In addition to your operations manager, you will have a dedicated supervisor on site during normal cleaning hours. You can schedule a consultation with our Customer Service Department Monday through Friday. Our quality control program will:

• Establish a procedure to evaluate our performance • Monitor daily calls from each tenant • Respond to all calls and e-mails the same day • Perform a weekly walk-through of each tenant’s space • Perform an annual janitorial survey

All employees have been thoroughly screened and trained.

• Past job histories must be verified going back a minimum of 2 – 3 years • All employees must pass a criminal background check • Social Security and INS status verified by the Department of Homeland Security • All employees receive over 15 hours of safety and product training annually • All day porters must speak English
